今天公司來瞭一個實習生，要辦理相關手續，用我蹩腳的英文和他交流瞭一通，令我詫異的是attachment這個單詞，在我笨拙的大腦裡一直存留著附件attachment，特麼還有實習的意思，查有道翻譯和Google翻譯都沒找到相關的解釋，無奈【囧】

實習: (1)to practice;(2) field work

實習生: (1)intern (student);(2) cadet;(3) internship;(4) trainee

隻能Google一番，找到一篇文章【6 Differences Between An Internship And An Attachment】，利用些許時間來充實一下我這愚笨的小腦袋。

In Kenya, these two words are basically used to refer to the same thing. But it is not as many learned friends will think so. In fact it is surprising how a graduate can confuse such a simple vocabulary after a period of more than 2 years in college or a university.

1.Attachment Is More Technical【Attachment更專業】

Internships could not be so vigorous as a placement would be, you may have an internal internship within the school but attachment presents more of technicallity spaning even for more than 3 months.Internship不可能像實習那麼有活力，你可能在學校內部有一份實習，但是Attachment可能超過3個月，也會有更多的技術跨度。

Attachment would require highly skilled technical jobs in areas such as engineering or construction. Other popular trades where you can find attachment include carpentry, plumbing, electrical and telecommunications etc.Attachment需要在工程或建築等領域從事高技能的技術工作。其他你可以找到Attachment的流行行業包括木工、管道、電氣和電信等。

2. Internships are shorter【Internships更短】

Unlike attachments, internships can be multi-tasked between classrooms and the field, but attachment requires an industrial commitment from the student. It requires fresh graduates, and it can take more than 3 months與Attachment不同的是，Internship可以在教室和實習地點之間同時進行，但Attachment需要學生做出行業承諾。它需要應屆畢業生，可能需要3個月以上

3.Attachments pay【Attachment支付】

The probability of being paid while undergoing internships is so low, unlike attachment where you will be paid on many occasion. In Kenya payment though is never guaranteed在Internship期間得到報酬的可能性非常低，不像Attachment期間你會在很多情況下得到報酬。但在肯尼亞，付款從未得到保證。
